Liesl is an organisational psychology and human resources professional with 20 years’ experience in Multi-National-Companies and Governments in the Middle-East, Africa and Europe as a manager, consultant and coach.
She has worked directly with Boards of Directors on strategic organisational and business transformation projects. Industries she has worked in include various manufacturing operations, telecommunications, supply chain, oil, gas and nuclear energy.
Her particular areas of experience include HR Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, Leadership and Management Coaching, HR Strategy, Succession Management, Competency Management, Change Management, Organisational Design and Development.
Her Talent Management expertise ranges from assessing processes, frameworks and systems as foundational elements, to transitioning talented employees to first time manager roles, goal alignment and promoting leadership effectiveness. Based on her experience and qualifications, she is uniquely positioned to work with leaders and managers, newly appointed managers and high potential talent. Liesl also works with teams promoting collaboration, co-creation, dynamics which ultimately leads to improved results.
Liesl holds a Masters and Honours Degree in Commerce, specialising in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, B-Tech Degree and Diploma in Human Resource Management, and is currently studying towards a PhD in Neuroscience Leadership Coaching.
