John started his career as an Electronics Engineer working in multinational companies in Ireland and abroad.  Having held senior management positions as Director, Managing Director, Operations and Project Manager in Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT/Engineering, Wholesaling & Distribution in small, medium and large enterprises

Drawing upon a wealth of real life experiences, John has applied this experience as a business consultant in supporting organisations to embed Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement philosophies to achieve premium business performance and enhanced profitability

Knowing that a client makes decisions when having clear business indicators, John believes in utilising Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, Data Analytics and other Enterprise Success Predicator tools to identify current business state, potential future state and measured improvements during project assignments

More recently with a thorough understanding of technology and automation deployment strategies, he can assist with business decisions for investment in technology to deliver enhanced productivity, service, cost reduction and reduced direct labour costs in Manufacturing, Distribution, Order fulfilment, Healthcare, Retail and Hospital environment’s.

Having studied and qualified as an Executive Business Coach and Mentor, John knows the value of working with all employees and at all levels in the organisation to support behavioural change pre, during and post organisational change initiatives.
