With almost 20 years’ experience in both SME’s and large multinationals, Barry is an advocate for Continuous Improvement across multiple platforms, and has led projects across a variety of sectors leading to improvements in various companies business practices.

With experience of working in Manufacturing, Medical Device and high end Polymer Processing, Barry has industry experience in various functions including Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Facilities, Warehousing and Order Fulfilment and has both led and mentored people on a wide variety projects across these functions and many others.

Understanding organisational culture, the roles that leaders play within it and the power of correctly formed and utilised teams, Barry can work with all levels of an organisation in order to drive continuous improvement throughout client companies.

Barry holds primary Honours degrees in Manufacturing Technology and Product Design Engineering and a MSC in Business Practice with a specific focus on Leadership and Culture. He is also a certified PSM1 Scrum Master, and accredited Belbin Team Roles Consultant and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
