Schedule (3 days)
Over the first two days, ReganStein will assess your organisation’s systems of governance, strategic planning, risk management, and results-based management. On day three we will brief your senior management team on cost-effective ways to improve performance.

|Step 3||Detailed review of key topics||Focus in on a number of key issues that have evolved from the initial reviews, where further detail is required|
|Step 4||Report development||Development of final presentation outlining key strengths and weaknesses found in the review and key recommendations for improvement: Mastering governance; Developing your strategic framework; Designing your results management system; Developing your risk management system|
|Presentation of report to the senior leadership team and board|
|Plan for improvement||This workshop will assist the leadership team to prioritise and schedule the improvement programme|

This programme, which can be delivered nationwide, is optimally undertaken as set out above. The 5 day programme does not have to be undertaken on consecutive days, but each day should be taken as a unit.
